Henning - Managing Director
Henning has years of experience travelling through various parts of Africa. Having studied tourism he wished to bring his love of this wonderful continent to others. He has been running the company Tanzania-Experience.com, based in Arusha, Tanzania, since 2007.
Nicole - General Manager
Nicole has lived and worked for over 10 years in East Africa. She ensures the smooth flow of our operations in Tanzania, including all safari briefings. She remains the unseen force as well, behind the scenes. In the case of an emergency she is available 24/7.
Wilson - Fleet & Safari Manager
Wilson was a safari guide for many years and knows the east African bush like the back of his hand. As our Fleet and Safari Manager he is now responsible for the disposition and maintenance of our vehicles and guides.
Neema - Booking Office
Neema deals with all our hotel-, lodge- and inland-airline bookings.
Transfer Drivers
Our reliable transfer drivers meet you on time and always with a smile- it doesn´t matter if this has to be 04:00 in the morning or at 23:00 in the night.
Safari Guides
Our safari guides have years of experiences in the national parks and game reserves and have a huge knowledge of the flora, fauna and culture of Tanzania.
Safari Chefs
Our safari cooks are constantly making sure that you never feel hungry! Even in the middle of nowhere, they will rustle up exquisite meals.
Moshi Office
Achim - Operation Manager Trekking
Achim runs our Kilimanjaro department in Moshi since 2008. He is in charge of the customer liaison and support and does all Kilimanjaro & Mt Meru briefings.
Franco - Head Guide
Countless times Franco has summited Mt Kilimanjaro and Mt Meru and is surely one of the most experienced mountain guides in Tanzania. Meanwhile his main job is the management and the supervision of our mountain crews.
Mountain Guides
Experience and routine of the mountain crew is essential for a successful trekking tour on Kilimanjaro. At the moment we work with 12 different teams, each of which consists of head and assistant guides, mountain cooks and porters. For all the hard working team members here we introduce the team leaders.

Our Mountain Chefs are responsible for keeping your hunger at bay, providing exquisite meals, even in harsh mountain conditions.
Cape Town Office
Holger - Marketing Director
Holger knows Southern, Central and Eastern Africa very well. With his vast experience in African tourism and invaluable contacts gained over the years, he organizes our Sales & Marketing department.
Luca - Product Manager
Luca has climbed Kilimanjaro twice and experienced several safaris through Eastern Africa. She is the perfect person to speak to, when you wish to organize your dream holiday in East Africa.
Ester - Sales Manager
Ester was hiking Kilimanjaro on the Lemosho Route and explored East Africa on different camping- and lodge safaris. On Zanzibar, she visited all beach hotels which we have in our program.
Cynthia - Sales Manager
After her family moved to South Africa, Cynthia visited them on a regular basis and hence Cape Town very quickly became her second home. Although she now also lives there, she is still very passionate about travelling to other countries. Born into a backpacker family she has already discovered many parts of the world but nevertheless always had a soft spot for Africa. With South Africa as her new home and Tanzania (including climbing Kilimanjaro) and Zanzibar as travel destinations, this wonderful continent has become a big part of her life.
Alexandra - Sales Manager
Born and raised in the beautiful country of Switzerland as a daughter of a Swiss and a South African, Alexandra decided in 2008 to make the country of her maternal ancestors her home. Since her childhood, Alexandra has extensively travelled to South Africa. In addition hereto she has been to Botswana, the Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe & Zambia), to Tanzania (among other things: climbed Kilimanjaro) and to Zanzibar.
