A beaten up jeep, a raggedy tent and a smelly sleeping mat - these are nightmares and images that will not become reality. On our safaris, we use only four-wheel drive vehicles that are specially adapted for use in the African bush. The vehicles are regularly maintained by specialist mechanics.  Although some may see a minibus as not being as suitable as a Land Cruiser, the Hiace minibus certainly has some distinct advantages: it is roomy and has a high seating position. It has softer suspension in which you have a more comfortable ride than in a jeep type vehicle. We use this vehicle for our short safaris, day trips and transfers. Toyota Hiace 4wd  The Toyota Land Cruiser is the ideal vehicle for long safari tours and rough terrain. Due to its ruggedness and reliability, the Toyota model largely replaced the Landrover as the safari vehicle of choice. The Land Cruiser is our standard vehicle for all long safaris. Toyota Land Cruiser  On the camping safaris, you sleep in roomy 1,80m (5.10 ft.) high canvas tents that all come with comfortable mattresses. Sturdy camping furniture and sensible eating utensils are provided. Camping Equipment  On our trekking tours, the equipment is subjected to extreme conditions. We do not only use the best brands such as VauDe and Tatonka but we also modify and accessorise to meet the client needs and requirements. The mountain gear is periodically replaced and we upgrade all items. Trekking Equipment |
