Born in Tanga, on the Indian Ocean, Witson came to Arusha for schooling. Here he also studied to become a safari guide. Witson worked as a guide in Tanzania for eight years before joining Tanzania-Experience in 2011. Since he was young, he loved to watch wildlife. When his father asked him, what he wanted to study, there was only one possible answer: tour guiding! For Witson, every safari is something special. He says that because every safari is different, every single safari has the potential to be the best he has ever done. He loves his job because he can always learn something new. What he likes most about Tanzania is the beautiful scenery and that he feels free here.
