Our safari with Max as our tour guide was amazing. Max’s kindness, attentiveness, and extensive knowledge of nature and animals truly enhanced our adventure. Over the course of 4.5 days, we felt incredibly fortunate to have his expertise and friendly presence guiding us. Not only did he provide fascinating insights into the wildlife, but he also went above and beyond when we encountered issues with our plane tickets which was not part of his responsibilities, but since he is such a genuinely nice person, he stuck around and ensured the problem was resolved, for which we are deeply grateful.
His dedication and support made our trip stress-free and unforgettable. Throughout the journey, it felt like we were exploring with an old friend rather than having a guest-tour guide relationship.
