We... read more took an instant linking to him. He was incredibly friendly, looked after uns from start to finish and made sure we were comfortable. We had a very good car, which Praygood had kept in excellent condition. Most importantly, he spottet every animal you could possibly hope to see. He had a keen eye, managing the spot lions even when they were hidden in the bushes. Despite having spent quite a bit of time in Africa, we've never seen so many animals at such a close quarters-practically right next to the car. Praygod had a lot to tell us about the animals, and we learnt a great deal. It was a wonderful trip.
The traffic in Tanzania is quite an adventure; the road conditions are far from good, with plenty of potholes. We weren't scared for a single second. Our guide was a cautious, excellent driver. It was very relaxed. We hope to be able to visit this wonderful country again very soon. The trip was perfectly organized. It couldn't have been done better. Thank you to everyone involved!!

He let us take as long as we wanted with all of the beautiful sights and it was clear he had a passion for the breath taking nature Tanzania has to offer. The entire crew was amazing, from the porters to the cooks, who prepared delicious meals throughout the trek. The level of care and support we received made all the difference, and honestly, we couldn’t have done it without them. We are so grateful for everything they did to make this journey successful and memorable.

After the climb, we also did a 5-day private safari, which was just as fantastic. We were lucky enough to see the Big Five, and the accommodations were beautiful and very comfortable.

This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our family, and we highly recommend Tanzania Experience Group to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure!

  Mt. Kilimanjaro 6 Day Summit Hike - Where do I even start My wife and I finished a 6-day trek up the Marangu Route last week. We ultimately made it to Uhuru Peak just prior to... read more sunrise for one of the most spectacular views we’ve ever witnessed. Honestly, there’s no way we could have done it without the amazing crew we had with us all week.

Huge credit and thanks to Brighton, our lead guide, and Gadi, the assistant guide. They really knew the mountain inside out and kept us motivated the whole time. They even taught us some Swahili along the way, which made the experience even more fun and personal.

The rest of the team—the chef, waiter, and porters—were just incredible. Always smiling, always positive, welcoming and kind. They made a tough trek feel so much lighter.

Special shoutout to Peter, our waiter, who went above and beyond every single day. And it was great to share a beer with him once we descended, at the bar outside the Kilimanjaro gate.

All in all, it felt like a truly authentic experience, not just a hike, and we’re grateful for the whole team.

  Perfect 10 in Tanzania  - My family and I opted to use Tanzania Experience for a 4 day small group safari to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We had opted for this tour company and experience... read more due to the limited timeframe we had to travel, and the affordability compared to other safari companies. As an added bonus, this was a small group tour of only 7 people so we all had a window seat!

We had the best time, and the level of service and support was incredible from the time of initial inquiry right up through getting home. Arno, our point of contact, was responsive and patient in the months leading up to travel.

Our guide and driver, Praygod, made the experience even better. He was kind and patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even when unexpected delays occurred he was professional and courteous. He had patience and answers for all of our group’s questions, and helped us spot everything on our “must see” list. Many many thanks to him and I hope to see him again when I return someday!

This was the perfect blend of adventure (off roading and mobile camps in the Serengeti) and luxury (moderate and premium lodges). Every place we stayed was welcoming and accommodating and I’d love to stay again.

Albert has an incredible ability to find the best spots to see wildlife, always positioning the vehicle thoughtfully and respectfully without disturbing the animals. His driving skills were equally impressive. He confidently navigated muddy roads where other vehicles became stuck, and throughout the journey, we felt completely safe and comfortable.
Beyond his professionalism and expertise, it was his warm personality and wonderful sense of humor that made the experience exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better safari experience.
