Albert has an incredible ability to find the best spots to see wildlife, always positioning the vehicle thoughtfully and respectfully without disturbing the animals. His driving skills were equally impressive. He confidently navigated muddy roads where other vehicles became stuck, and throughout the journey, we felt completely safe and comfortable.
Beyond his professionalism and expertise, it was his warm personality and wonderful sense of humor that made the experience exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better safari experience.

With the help of an unbelievable team of 12, under the leadership of Saudi and Habibu, we were able to successfully reach the peak. I will certainly recommend this once in a lifetime experience.   Great Safari experience  - We had a great trip from Arusha to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Our guide was Godfrey. Everything was well organized and we were very satisfied with the accommodation. Godfrey is a good communicator and an excellent driver. We recommand strongly a safari trip with him.

  The perfect trip, and guide, through the northern circuit of Tanzania  - The trip was beyond words. It was all possible due to the knowledge of our guide/driver, Eligard. We saw the 'big 5', more than 100 birds, 50 different mammals (all... read more of which he could identify), 7-8 male lions in three prides, more than 150 elephants at one time along one section of the riverbed, hundreds of giraffes, thousands of wildebeast and zebras. Then there were the rare animals, e.g., hyenas, jackals, mongooses and two different families of three lion cubs.

Due to Eligard's knowledge of the terrian and animals we also had an upclose view of lions mating, and of a leapard protecting a very recent kill in the branches of a tree. In Ngorongoro Crater we saw 6 black rhinos, most from a distance, and one of the white rhinos that is part of a reintroduction effort to increase the population.

Our accomidations were expectional. Our route included 2 days at 5 stops, 1) Mt Meru Game lodge, 2) Ang'ataTarangire Camp, 3) Moyo Tented Camp, 4)Kirimu Migration Camp in Ndutu, and 5) last but NOT least the Ngorongoro Farm House. Across the board the food was good, and plentiful. With the skilled camp staff and sturdy tents we always felt safe even though we could hear lions, hyenas, and elephants several different nights.

There was one long day between Mt Meru Game lodge (Arusha) and Ang'ataTarangire Camp, but given that each location was a different ecosystem, with different animal populations, the drives were well worth it.

Again we can't thank Eligard enough for sharing his knowledge, patiently answering our questions, and waiting for us to get 'just one more picture'.

The choice of lodges was perfect for us.
Our guide Albert quickly became our adopted “son”.
He was kind, thoughtful, funny, and careful.
He positioned the vehicle perfectly for us to take photos and see the wildlife as close as possible without us feeling in danger.
Harder to position the vehicle to avoid the dust and “ African massages”!
Albert had a great network of other drivers all working together to give us our optimum experience.
Highly recommend requesting Albert (from Meru) to be your guide.

We visited Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and the Ngorongoro Crater. Every aspect of... read more the trip was better than what we expected, including lodging, food, travel logistics, wildlife, and most notably, our guide, Zablon.

Zablon worked incredibly hard to find wildlife and put us in positions to capture many wonderful photos and videos. From animal behavior to Tanzanian culture, Zablon provided us with volumes of information. We even learned a bit of Swahili. We thoroughly enjoyed his fellowship and can now say we have a friend in Tanzania!

We plan on returning for another African safari someday. One thing is for sure, we’ll be contacting Tanzania Experience and hoping that Zablon is available as a guide.

I recently finished a trip where I joined up... read more with 4 Australian/New Zealand friends, with a hand over at the Serengeti Naabi Hill Gate, from my separate Kenya tour operator to my friends tour with Tanzania Experience. The handover working perfectly, including surprising my friends by turning up a day early in their camp in the Serengti. Huge thanks to Arno, who organised my booking, and Tanzania Experience’s fantastic driver/guide, Albert, for going along with the surprise and even throwing my friends off by asking them questions about my travel plans. It worked to perfection.
Arno, patiently went through lots of options about how I could link up my travels to that of my friends. Including a separate drop off at the end of my tour. The whole trip with Tanzania Experience was excellent, in large part due to great organisation in advance. Albert was a superb driver and guide for the 3 days I was with him. I know my friends were absolutely delighted with Albert on their 8 day safari trip.
My favourite part of the tour, besides Al ert and the wildlife, was the top-notch accommodation and service at Ngorongoro Lions Paw and the breath taking Ngorongoro Crater!
The safari trip was a fantastic experience! The transfers, accommodation and game drives exceeded expectations!
