I was on safari with your guide Eric from August 9-14 2026 in Tanzania. He is knowledgeable, friendly and professional guide, with whom our group saw many animals in a variety of behaviours, including elephants, lions, giraffe, baboons, monkeys, many birds and antelope, and a cheetah.

The lodge in Katavi National Park was fantastic. Mbali Mbali means “far away” – and that’s exactly what it was: wonderfully remote. Can you imagine? There was only a Swiss couple staying there on my first night, and after that I was completely alone!!!!! I was treated like a queen 🙂. I had the game drives all to myself with the lodge manager, and we saw a lot.

First of all, everything went really wonderfully. From entering the country (no need to pay the visa fee again), to the transfer, the lodges you booked for me (simply fantastic), and of course the trip itself with its adventurous camping AREAS 👏 and your great guides (Lazaro the driver, Ernest the chef), who took care of us from start to finish.
