The trip was excellent.
Arno (or his substitute), our Tanzania-Experience Travel Expert, were quick to respond to any queries or concerns both before and during our tour.
We did have issues with pick up due to flight delays into KIA, but our driver waited for us, as did the staff at Tanzania Safari Lodge. The contact person responded very quickly once we notified him of our delay.
Although we can’t compare with other similar tours, we felt we got great value for money.
Albert, our guide, was so personable, had a great sense of humour, and very accommodating with respect to our travel companion John. Albert’s skills in finding the best routes and finding animals for us to photograph were excellent. He managed our daily affairs well, giving us ample time to get ready for the day. He gave us space at appropriate times so we could the company of our friends.
All rooms were an excellent size, well ventilated and very clean. 5 stars. Loved all of the lodges: Tarangrie Elephant Springs, Serengeti Acacia Bliss, and Ngorongoro Lions Paw.
Thank you for creating a wonderful experience, we shall remember this trip for the rest of our lives. Albert was amazing, and he was the most critical ingredient of our menu. He adopted us as his “parents”, and was so genuine.
